A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria da Fazenda (Sefaz), iniciou, na tarde desta quarta-feira (20), os trabalhos da Casa do Cidadão Zeladoria Móvel. A entrega da unidade aconteceu no Centro de Educação Infantil (CEI) 64 “Joana Francisco Simon Sola”, localizado na Rua Constantino Spanghero, 106, na Vila Rica, zona leste da cidade.
A unidade itinerante da Casa do Cidadão Zeladoria funcionará de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 16h, sem a necessidade de agendamento prévio. Ela será responsável por levar a população serviços do Procon, do Posto de Atendimento ao Trabalhador (PAT) e do Serviço Autônomo de Água e Esgoto (Saae).
A equipe da Casa do Cidadão Móvel também atenderá os serviços da Urbes – Trânsito e Transportes, entre eles, vendas de créditos (social e estudante); venda por QRCode; emissão da primeira via do cartão cidadão; bloqueio e desbloqueio de cartões de ônibus; protocolo de indicação do condutor; protocolo de defesa e recursos; protocolo de pedido de reembolso; emissão de Cartão de Estacionamento da Pessoa Idosa (CEPI) e Cartão de Estacionamento da Pessoa com Deficiência (CEPD). Além disso, será ofertada a emissão de autorizações de trânsito, autorização de interdição parcial e total de via pública, mudança de tráfego, entre outros.
Até sexta-feira (22), a unidade itinerante da Casa do Cidadão Zeladoria ficará em frente ao CEI 64, que fica na Rua Constantino Spanghero, 106, na Vila Rica. As mídias sociais da Prefeitura (@prefeituradesorocaba) informarão os locais de atendimentos semanalmente.
