A Prefeitura prorrogou até o dia 10 de dezembro a concessão de anistia de juros e multas de até 100% para aqueles que possuem dívidas com o município. Dirija-se a sede da Prefeitura (Rua Aluísio José de Castro, nº 147 – Chácara Selles) e aproveite!

Vale lembrar que para usufruir do benefício, é necessário estar em dia com o tributo do ano vigente, além de realizar o recadastramento nos setores municipais. A negociação pode ser feita para débitos municipais, relativos ao IPTU, ao ISSQN, às Taxas, as Contribuições de Melhoria e aos débitos de outras naturezas inscritos na Dívida Ativa.

Os valores mínimos das parcelas são de 02 UFESP – R$ 68,52 (Unidades Fiscais do Estado de São Paulo) para pessoas físicas e 06 UFESP – R$ 205,56, para pessoas jurídicas. Contribuintes com acordos em dia também poderão se beneficiar da Lei, sobre o saldo devedor então existente, mediante a requerimento.

Tipos de acordos de anistia disponíveis:

– Desconto de até 100% de multas e juros para pagamento à vista;

– Desconto de até 80% de multas e juros para pagamento em 6 parcelas;

– Desconto de até 60% de multas e juros para pagamento em 12 parcelas.
