Durante operação de fiscalização realizada na quinta-feira (16), a Prefeitura de São José dos Campos, em parceria com as forças de segurança, apreendeu mais uma van de transporte escolar clandestino. A ação ocorreu na Rua Antônio José Matos Lima, no Residencial União (região sul).
Na terça-feira (14), outro veículo escolar clandestino foi apreendido na Rua Anna Benedicta Dias Pedrosa, no Parque Interlagos, nos arredores da Escola Municipal Ladiel Benedito de Carvalho.
Desde o início do ano, foram realizadas mais de 100 abordagens, que resultaram em 12 apreensões de veículos clandestinos que transportavam estudantes.
Ao todo, já foram realizadas mais 220 ações de fiscalização contra o transporte clandestino de passageiros na cidade.
Proibição
- O transporte escolar clandestino é identificado quando não há alvará ou credenciamento na Prefeitura para a prestação do serviço
- O infrator está sujeito a apreensão do veículo e multa
- Informações sobre transporte ilegal de passageiros podem ser registradas pelo 156 (telefone, site e aplicativo)
