A PGE (Procuradoria-Geral do Estado) liderou a atualização, modernização e desburocratização dos normativos que regem o sistema regulatório em Mato Grosso do Sul.
O processo de revisão resultou na revogação de 107 portarias, abrindo caminho para uma prestação de serviços mais efetiva.
A ação é resultado do empenho de mais de dois meses do Grupo de Trabalho comandado pela procuradora Priscilla Siqueira, que é chefe da CJUR/AGEMS (Coordenadoria Jurídica que atua na Agência Estadual de Regulação). A próxima etapa é promover a revisão de portarias que serão mantidas.
“Esse esforço tem o objetivo de eliminar redundâncias, atualizar informações e, acima de tudo, fornecer uma linguagem mais clara e compreensível aos usuários e empresas reguladas. A meta é tornar as regulamentações mais acessíveis e facilitar o cumprimento das obrigações legais”, explicou a procuradora.
De acordo com ela, entre as mais de cem portarias revogadas, estão publicações de vinte anos atrás, e até mais recentes, do ano de 2023.
Entre os benefícios gerados com a modernização dos normativos estão a otimização da compreensão das regras vigentes, economia de recursos por parte das empresas, melhorias na relação com o público, por meio da transparência e acessibilidade, além da redução de erros e de riscos de não conformidade.
A procuradora-geral do Estado, Ana Carolina Ali Garcia, lembrou que a ação é um desdobramento do programa “Revoga MS”, criado pelo governo para acabar com o excesso de normas, muitas delas em desuso.
“Esse processo traz segurança jurídica e transparência, permitindo uma regulação mais assertiva por parte do poder público para o destinatário final. É uma satisfação verificar este trabalho tão eficaz realizado pela AGEMS”, finalizou.
