Condel/Sudeco define aumento de 16% para FCO e MS terá R$ 2,410 bilhões para novos investimentos em 2024 – Portal do Governo de Mato Grosso do Sul

Em reunião virtual realizada na manhã dessa sexta-feira (22), o Condel (Conselho Deliberativo do Desenvolvimento do Centro-Oeste), órgão gestor da Superintendência de Desenvolvimento do Centro-Oeste (Sudeco), definiu o reajuste de 16% no valor total de recursos destinados aos entes federados para o exercício de 2024.

O governador Eduardo Riedel, o secretário de Meio Ambiente, Desenvolvimento, Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (Semadesc), Jaime Verruck; e o secretário executivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável da Semadesc, Rogério Beretta, participaram da reunião.

O valor do FCO (Fundo Constitucional do Centro-Oeste) para 2024 será de R$ 12,159 bilhões. Em 2023 o montante destinado aos três estados (Mato Grosso do Sul, Mato Grosso, Goiás) e ao Distrito Federal foi de R$ 10,511 bilhões, portanto houve um incremento de 16% no volume de recursos do fundo “atendendo a gestões feitas pelo governador Eduardo Riedel e também por outros estados, dado o aumento da demanda e o ritmo forte de desenvolvimento da região”, observou Jaime Verruck.

Mato Grosso do Sul terá 24% do total do FCO para 2024, ou seja, R$ 2,410 bilhões que serão divididos igualmente para atender os setores Rural e Empresarial. Desse valor, o Banco do Brasil vai operar a maior fatia – R$ 2,080 bilhões – enquanto outros bancos parceiros e cooperativas administrarão o valor restante.

Os espaços prioritários para investimento continuam os mesmos: projetos de municípios localizados na faixa de fronteira e na planície pantaneira. O secretário Jaime Verruck lembrou que em relação aos projetos destinados à planície pantaneira, é possível obter recursos para financiar 100% do valor, o que não ocorre com outras regiões. Os investimentos na planície pantaneira devem estar enquadrados no que estabelece a Lei do Pantanal quanto às atividades permitidas para aquele bioma.

Com relação ao FCO Empresarial, a meta é aplicar 84% dos recursos para fomento de micro, pequenas e médias empresas. O teto máximo do financiamento continua em R$ 20 milhões, sendo que para microempreendedores o valor é de R$ 27 mil e quanto a projetos considerados de alta relevância e estruturantes, o teto sobe para R$ 100 milhões.

Mato Grosso do Sul estabeleceu como prioridades, na linha do FCO Rural, fomentar projetos de suinocultura, avicultura, irrigação e reforma de pastagens. “O governador Eduardo Riedel decidiu manter essas prioridades pois são setores que apresentam forte desenvolvimento e demandam mais investimentos”, afirmou Verruck.
