O Procon Carioca, órgão vinculado à Secretaria Especial de Cidadania, realizou uma pesquisa comparativa de preço com objetivo de oferecer uma referência ao consumidor sobre os produtos mais comercializados neste período da celebração das festas de fim de ano. A pesquisa foi realizada nos dias 4 e 21 de dezembro e foram consultados os preços de 15 produtos em cinco e-commerces. O Procon Carioca constatou variações de preços de até 23, 31%.
Os agentes do órgão selecionaram os e-commerces de fornecedores populares com grande presença na cidade do Rio de Janeiro: Amazon, Americanas, Casas Bahia, Magalu e Mercado Livre. Durante a pesquisa, os agentes identificaram variações de preços, identificando aumento e redução de valores, na mesma loja, durante o período analisado.
O Echo Dot 5ª geração preta, na Amazon, custava R$ 386,10 em 4 de dezembro. Em 21 de dezembro, o valor passou para R$ 296,10, uma redução de preço de 23,31%. Também na Amazon, o tablet Sansung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite custava R$ 1.889,00 em 4 de dezembro e passou a R$ 1.462,57 em 21 de dezembro. Uma redução de 22,57%, o que significa que o consumidor teria uma economia de mais de R$ 400 reais na compra.
Já o ar condicionado Split LG Inverter 12.000 apresentou aumento significativo de preço. No Magalu, custava R$ 2.849,00 em 4 de dezembro e no dia 21 de dezembro custava R$ 3.399,00, um aumento 19,31%.
Em conclusão, a pesquisa realizada demonstrou que há variações significativas de preços nos produtos entre as diferentes datas, o que evidencia a importância do consumidor realizar uma pesquisa prévia para encontrar o melhor preço e as melhores condições de compra.
