A Prefeitura entregará a regularização do núcleo João Ribeiro da Luz na próxima segunda-feira (15). A entrega dos documentos da regularização às famílias será realizada às 18h30, na Escola Maria Carmelita de Moraes (Av. Benedito de Tolêdo, Jardim Primavera).
Ao todo, 93 famílias serão beneficiadas sendo 74 que se encontram na Reurb-S (interesse social que não possuem outros bens) recebendo a matrícula e 19 que se encontram na Reurb-E (interesse específico/destinada a pessoas que já possuem outros bens) recebendo a CRF (Certidão de Regularização Fundiária).
Desde 2017, a atual gestão da Prefeitura vem trabalhando para regularizar cada vez mais bairros e loteamentos irregulares na cidade, uma vez que além de ser uma conquista para os proprietários dos lotes (por eles receberem pela primeira vez um documento oficial de titularidade da propriedade), permite também que o bairro posso receber investimentos de infraestrutura.
No total, com o João Ribeiro da Luz, sete locais já foram regularizados, nove estão com a regularização em andamento e três estão próximos de terem os processos iniciados.
