A Comlurb volta a programar uma operação especial de limpeza para os ensaios técnicos das escolas de samba neste fim de semana, no Sambódromo. No sábado (27/1), quatro agremiações fecham os ensaios da Série Ouro para o Carnaval 2024: Em Cima da Hora, Unidos da Ponte, Inocentes de Belford Roxo e Unidos de Padre Miguel. No domingo (28/1), será a vez de Portela e Unidos da Tijuca, do Grupo Especial, aquecerem as turbinas para o maior espetáculo da Terra, que começa no dia 9 de fevereiro.
A Companhia vai atuar na limpeza do lado de fora do Sambódromo, no entorno e áreas de acesso em três turnos, antes, durante e depois do evento, em cada um dos dias. No sábado, serão 62 garis e, no domingo, 74 garis farão a pré-limpeza, a manutenção durante o evento e, a partir da meia-noite, o último grupo finaliza o serviço, até que tudo esteja limpo, lavado e desodorizado. Os profissionais de limpeza vão atuar com o apoio de um caminhão compactador e dois caminhões tipo satélite. Os garis farão a limpeza dos logradouros, lavagem de pontos críticos, com água de reuso e detergente e a remoção de resíduos.
