A Polícia Civil prendeu seis pessoas e apreendeu diversos veículos de luxo em uma operação para desarticular uma quadrilha especializada em fraudes bancárias na quarta-feira (28).
O grupo se passava por uma central de assistência ao cliente que ajudaria a evitar ações de criminosos. As ligações telefônicas eram feitas em São Paulo, Santos, Praia Grande, Guarulhos e Rio de Janeiro.
A operação Double Shot foi deflagrada por policiais da 4ª Divisão de Crimes Cibernéticos (Dcciber), do setor de investigações sobre lavagem de dinheiro do Departamento Estadual de Investigações Criminais (Deic).
As investigações tiveram início após um analista de segurança antifraude de uma instituição financeira registrar um boletim de ocorrência informando que seu cliente foi vítima do “golpe do motoboy”, em que acabou tendo um prejuízo de R$ 261 mil.
Durante as investigações, foi possível identificar os beneficiários da fraude, o motoboy e os responsáveis pelo golpe. Na quarta-feira, foram cumpridos 25 mandados de busca e apreensão expedidos pela Justiça, que resultou na prisão de seis suspeitos, dois deles em flagrante – um com uma pistola roubada e outro por contrabando de cigarros eletrônicos.
Foram apreendidos na ação diversos veículos de luxo, relógios de grife, além de dez aparelhos celulares, um notebook e uma CPU. Também foram recolhidos cartuchos de munições de calibre .380 e dois estojos com munição para fuzil.
Além dos policiais da 4° Delegacia de Polícia de Lavagem e Ocultação de Ativos Ilícitos por meios Eletrônicos, do Deic, a operação teve apoio de outras delegacias e de equipes do Grupo Armado de Repressão a Roubos e Assaltos (Garra), do Departamento de Operações Policiais Estratégicas (Dope).
