A equipe da Secretaria Municipal de Atendimento Geral e Ouvidoria (SEMAGO) estar\u00e1 na quadra esportiva da Pra\u00e7a de Cabu\u00e7u, das 9h \u00e0s 14h, para atender a popula\u00e7\u00e3o que necessita renegociar d\u00edvidas vencidas com o munic\u00edpio. A a\u00e7\u00e3o itinerante tem como objetivo facilitar o acesso ao servi\u00e7o, realizando os parcelamentos diretamente nas comunidades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cO objetivo do Refis nos Bairros \u00e9 simplificar a vida do contribuinte. Ao levarmos esse atendimento para perto da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, garantimos mais comodidade e oferecemos condi\u00e7\u00f5es especiais para que todos possam quitar suas d\u00edvidas e ficar em dia com o munic\u00edpio\u201d, afirma o secret\u00e1rio municipal de Atendimento Geral e Ouvidoria, Ricardo Rosas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A iniciativa leva os servi\u00e7os do programa Refis 2025 diretamente \u00e0s comunidades, facilitando o acesso da popula\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal. Lan\u00e7ado em 20 de agosto, o Refis oferece condi\u00e7\u00f5es especiais para quita\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00e9bitos tribut\u00e1rios e n\u00e3o tribut\u00e1rios vencidos at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2024, com descontos que podem chegar a 100% em juros e multas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podem ser negociadas d\u00edvidas de IPTU, ISSQN, taxas de poder de pol\u00edcia e de servi\u00e7os, autos de infra\u00e7\u00e3o e intima\u00e7\u00f5es, al\u00e9m de lan\u00e7amentos efetuados por outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades (exceto multas de tr\u00e2nsito).
