A a\u00e7\u00e3o acontece na Rua No\u00e9 Moreira de N\u00f3brega, na Cer\u00e2mica, das 10h \u00e0s 14h.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Refis 2025, lan\u00e7ado em 20 de agosto, oferece condi\u00e7\u00f5es especiais para quita\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00e9bitos com at\u00e9 100% de desconto em juros e multas. Podem ser negociadas d\u00edvidas tribut\u00e1rias e n\u00e3o tribut\u00e1rias, como IPTU, ISSQN, taxas de poder de pol\u00edcia e servi\u00e7o, autos de infra\u00e7\u00e3o e intima\u00e7\u00f5es, al\u00e9m de lan\u00e7amentos de outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades, exceto multas de tr\u00e2nsito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os tributos podem ser parcelados em at\u00e9 36 vezes, desde que cada parcela seja superior a uma UFINIG (R$ 81,33). O atendimento tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel de forma presencial, na Central de Atendimento da Prefeitura (Rua Atha\u00edde Pimenta de Morais, 528, Centro), e online, pelo site <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/refis.novaiguacu.rj.gov.br\/login<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ap\u00f3s passar pela Cer\u00e2mica, o \u201cFefis nos Bairros\u201d seguir\u00e1 para Comendador Soares, no dia 8 de novembro.
