O Serviço Autônomo de Água e Esgoto (Saae) de Sorocaba promove, nestas terça, quarta e quinta-feira (21, 22 e 23), o curso sobre execução de obras por método não destrutivo (MND) para servidores técnicos da autarquia. A iniciativa é realizada por meio da parceria entre o Saae/Sorocaba e a Associação Brasileira de Tecnologias não Destrutivas (ABRATT).
“A proposta é a troca de experiências práticas, ampliação de conhecimento e técnicas avançadas de construções subterrâneas, a fim de proporcionar procedimentos sempre atualizados e cada vez mais eficazes nas instalações de novas redes de água, esgoto e drenagem, dando continuidade ao atendimento excelente para o povo sorocabano”, destaca o diretor-geral do Saae/Sorocaba, Tiago Suckow.
Cerca de 40 servidores, entre diretores, chefes de departamentos e setores, engenheiros, supervisores e líderes de equipes, foram indicados pelas diretorias de área da autarquia (Planejamento e Projetos, Operacionais de Água, Esgoto, Infraestrutura e Logística) para participarem do evento.
Dentro da temática, ao longo dos três dias de curso, serão abordados todos os passos de uma execução de serviço de instalação, substituição e recuperação ideal de tubulações subterrâneas, bem como as técnicas, por meio de métodos não destrutivos, como, por exemplo, Perfuração Direcional Horizontal (HDD), Substituição por Arrebentamento (Pipe Bursting), Microtunel, Tubo e Peças de Polietileno de Alta Densidade, Resina Epoxidica e CIPP.
Ainda, durante a exposição do conteúdo programático, serão explicados planejamento, descrição, campo de aplicação, dimensionamento, fatores de risco, vantagens e desvantagens de cada técnica aplicada, além de casos interessantes e utilizados em todo o País.
Sobre Método Não Destrutivo (MND)
Com o advento de instalações e reabilitações de redes (água, esgoto, gás, comunicação, etc.), nas últimas décadas, esses serviços encontraram um ambiente no subsolo ocupado por instalações dos mais diversos tipos de serviços. Esta situação motivou a criação de instrumentos, técnicas e tecnologias que permitissem aprimorar a qualidade e precisão de todos esses trabalhos realizados.
O Método Não Destrutivo veio para atender a essa demanda, sendo uma opção de execução de obras ligadas à instalação, reparação e reforma de tubos, dutos e cabos subterrâneos, utilizando técnicas que minimizam ou eliminam a necessidade de escavações. Tais procedimentos podem reduzir os reflexos ambientais e os custos e, ao mesmo tempo, representam uma alternativa econômica e eficaz para os métodos de instalação, reforma e reparo com vala a céu aberto.
