Uma operação realizada pelo Setor de Fiscalização de Posturas da Prefeitura de Sorocaba, com o apoio da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM), fiscalizou 17 estabelecimentos, dos quais dois deles precisaram encerrar as atividades, devido a irregularidades. A ação começou na noite de sexta-feira (23) e avançou até a madrugada deste sábado (24).
A iniciativa foi realizada em pontos nos bairros: Santa Rosália, Vila Elza, Jardim Nogueira, Jardim Gutierrez, Vila Hortência, Jardim Leocádia e Vila Colorau, para checar denúncias de munícipes relativas à perturbação do sossego e outros tipos de irregularidades na cidade.
Doze locais estavam fechados no momento da fiscalização e um operava regularmente. Porém, dois em Santa Rosália foram notificados, sendo um deles por falta de alvará de funcionamento e outro por atividade geradora de poluição.
As duas interdições aconteceram em estabelecimentos do Jardim Leocádia. Em ambos os casos, eles foram notificados pela falta de alvará, por atividade geradora de poluição sonora e multados pela falta de alvará especial que autoriza o funcionamento após a meia-noite.
A Secretaria de Segurança Urbana (Sesu) e as autoridades policiais contam, sempre, com o apoio da população, para que as acione e envie informações, em caso de constatação de perturbação do sossego, eventos clandestinos ou outras irregularidades.
