Abril Verde: Estação Guarulhos-Cecap recebe ação de saúde

A atividade vai oferecer testes gratuitos de saúde e orientação sobre segurança no trabalho aos passageiros



Quem estiver circulando pela Estação Guarulhos-Cecap da CPTM nesta quarta-feira (17), das 9h às 13h, terá a oportunidade de realizar testes gratuitos de saúde. Em parceria com a Escola Técnica Sequencial, o evento faz referência ao Movimento Abril Verde para disseminar e conscientizar os empregadores, trabalhadores e toda a população sobre a implantação de ações de prevenção de acidentes e doenças relacionadas ao trabalho.

Durante o período das atividades, os estudantes de saúde vão oferecer aos passageiros aferição de pressão arterial e frequência cardíaca e respiratória, além dos principais esclarecimento sobre segurança no trabalho.

Abril Verde

Em 2003, a Organização Internacional do Trabalho (OIT) adotou o dia 28 de abril como o Dia Mundial da Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho.

O objetivo da data é ressaltar a relevância da cultura da segurança e saúde no trabalho, disseminando a compreensão dos direitos de todos os trabalhadores, com adoção de técnicas de segurança no ambiente laboral e a supervisão e regulamentação por parte das autoridades competentes. Por isso, é fundamental as empresas promoverem a Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (Sipat).

Sobre a CPTM

A Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos é uma operadora de transporte ferroviário de passageiros, com 1,6 milhão de passageiros transportados por dia útil. Diariamente, os trens percorrem cerca de 65 mil km, ou uma volta e meia em torno da Terra, em quase 1.700 viagens programadas. Juntas, as cinco linhas da CPTM somam 196 km de extensão, dos quais 95 km estão na capital paulista, que também conta com 26 estações do total de 57. A CPTM atende os moradores de 18 municípios, incluindo a capital.
